Copyright Policy: The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 instructs that any copyright infringement should be properly notified to the website where the infringement is occurring.  Proper notification including detail of where to find the copyrighted material must be added to the notification along with all copyrighted information so we can find it.  Notification must be sent via certified mail to the address below.  Notification via email doesn’t qualify as a proper notification.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 Section 512(g)(1)

“If, upon receiving a proper notification, the service provider promptly removes or blocks access to the material identified in the notification, the provider is exempt from monetary liability.  In addition, the provider is protected from any liability to any person for claims based on its having taken down the material.”
