Born in Vanadzor, Armenia in 1957. He graduated from the local art school in 1974 and has been creating art ever since. There is a belief that art alone dominates energy. According to Ara, art impressionists are at the peak of arts’ history. 

Ara does not belong to any category, whether political or organizational.
