Vitaly Leshukov Soldatov is a contemporary artist based on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. His work explores landscape as a synthesis of travel, memory and emotional experience. Mediterranean light, coastal scenery, Provence, gardens and architecture are transformed through expressive color, rhythm and layered painting. Working primarily in oil and acrylic on canvas, he develops landscapes that move between recognizable reality and imaginative interpretation.

This selection brings together landscapes created from travel memories rather than direct representations of a single place. Each painting combines fragments of landscapes, light, color, atmosphere and sensations gathered during journeys through the Mediterranean, Provence and other regions. Real places merge with memory and imagination, creating new landscapes that may feel familiar without belonging entirely to one exact location. The works are not copied from photographs and are not literal plein-air views; they are reconstructed journeys assembled from experience, memory and fantasy.
